Delete Your Account

From inside the app

1. Open the Eltafouk app and sign in.
2. Go to your account page.
3. Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email us a deletion request that includes the phone number your account is registered with, and we will delete it and confirm.

What gets deleted?

• Your name, phone number, photos and app account are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
• A deleted account cannot be restored; to use the app again you will need to create a new account.
• Orders placed on the Eltafouk store follow a separate policy, and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires.
