This policy applies to your browsing of www.eltafouk.com and to your use of the Eltafouk app on Android and iPhone (see section 7). Purchases, account creation, and order data are handled on the official Eltafouk store and are governed by the store's own privacy policy (see section 6).

The website does not require an account and does not collect any payment data. The data we may collect is limited to:

• Technical Browsing Data: such as the pages you visit, device and browser type, country, and referral source - in aggregated statistical form that does not identify you.

To use the app you need to create an account and sign in. The data the app collects is limited to:

• Name: to create your account and display it in the app.
• Phone number: to sign you in, verify your account, and contact you about your account when needed.
• Photos: photos you take or upload yourself inside the app, used only to provide the service you asked for; the app does not access your other photos.

The app does not collect payment data, your location, or your contacts, and we do not sell user data or share it for marketing purposes.

You can delete your account and data at any time from inside the app by choosing "Delete account". When you do, we permanently delete your name, phone number, photos, and account within 30 days. For the steps, or to request deletion without the app:
